CONTRACT PERIOD
One year, one and half years, or two years

WORKING HOURS
8 hours/day, 6 days/week, workers shall work overtime
if required and shall be paid as per the Local Labour
Laws.

ANNUAL LEAVE AND HOLIDAY
As per the Local Labour Laws.

AIR PASSAGE
The employer shall be responsible for air passage from Bangkok to country of hire and return to Bangkok.

INSURANCE AND MEDICAL
LigInsurance and Medical care for the Thai workers are
to be provided by employer in accordance with the Local
Labour Laws.

| 6. |
BOARD AND LODGING
Adequate accommodation and nourish meal to be provided
by the Employer free of charge.
|
| 7. |
COMPENSATION
All compensation for injury or death to be provided
by Employers as per the Local Labour laws and the dead
body shall be transported to Thailand at the expense
of Employer.
